• Organisations promoting discrimination, hate speech, or unethical practices will also be excluded.

3. Submission Process:

• Nominations can be submitted via our monthly charity nomination posts on our social media pages.

• All nominations must include the charity’s name, website, and a brief description of their work in wildlife conservation.

4. Review and Selection:

• Nominated charities will be reviewed by Kingfisher Coffee to ensure alignment with our mission and values.

• We reserve the right to exclude any charity that does not meet our criteria or cannot verify their activities.

5. Voting Process:

• Final selections will be presented for voting to our community of followers on our social media channels on a monthly basis.

• The charity with the most votes will receive the donation for the specified period.

6. Transparency:

• Donations will be made directly to the selected charity.

• Any work directly supported by our donations will be shared on our social media channels where possible.

7. Discretion:

• Kingfisher Coffee reserves the right to make the final decision on all nominations, voting outcomes, and donation allocations.
